Great video- good to see some gameplay - potentially a top game.. hope it does well.
This game looks awesome, so colorful. But, I never played the original and I am confused just what you do in this game... is all you do is fly through rings?

Yeah, NiGHTS is looking great. If it plays anything like the original, it is going to bea fanstastic game. I feel sorry for people who were to infantile to play the original when it came out, or too infantile now to enjoy anything other than ''mature'' games.Anyway, I am looking forward to the WFC battles. There are going to be a number of 2P online battle modes. I am going to enjoying owning all of you in any speed run competitions. ;)

You fly around a map that is divided into several different sections. You have to gather X amount of orbs for each section to move on. You fly through the hoops to get more points and such and it's all done against a timer. You have to fly quickly and accurately to be any good at it. Once you complete each section you're given a letter grade. After you complete all the sections on the map you're taken to a boss battle. After the boss battle you open the next map up if you scored an average of C on the previous world.

The maps get more complicated as the game goes on. You start really sweating to beat the clock until you've memorized the layout of each map. It's a fast-paced kinda game and it's a lot of fun.

Care to elaborate? Or are you basing that fully on the commercial success of the past few iterations of sonic and it's spin-offs. I can count on one hand the number of games SEGA has made that are truly bad.

Another thing is to make sure that you have whatever media player you're using optimized.If that doesn't work you may want to restart the computer and check out the video first thing before other programs start taking up your RAM so more can be dedicated to the video player.
