Headset for Wii!

Do u think they should make a headset for Wii so that u can communicate with player online.(Smashbros,Battalion wars 2,Medal of honor, and many more games need to have communicaion).Headset for Wii!
*Looks at Brawl's update yestwerday*They don't have one planned. Which is verystupid considering PC has voice chat in gamesfor over a decade now, and DS has had it for almost a year. Nintendo have all the money in the world now, and they still can't be bothered with online. Headset for Wii!
you fail for having a very misleadng title and asking a question thats been asked a million times bofore

you fail for having a very misleadng title and asking a question thats been asked a million times bofore
Amen.
What's the point of the poll? Who in there right mind would possibly want Nintendo to lack something which would just impede on their road to home console on-line support and push them back by disallowing something that's standard with all on-line enabled consoles, even PCs? The DS has voice chat, a console that has the most limited on-line multiplayer support in the history of video games, next to the Nintendo Wii. There's absolutely no reason the Wii should not have some kind of headset enabling on-line voice chat. Making these topics is just a waste of time. It's unanimous that every single person on this board wants to have voice chat in Wii games with on-line multiplayer. Sure, you can make topics about how Nintendo should go about making a usable headset, but don't waste space trying to get everyone of this board to agree with each other multiple times for something that's obviously wanted.
LOL someone actually said no, and yeah to many headsets topics just get over it and be glad Nintendo is finally getting the online going and then worry about a headset after.

Yes, but it's not going to happen for a while.
Well if they added 2USB slots then maybe it would happen but they didnt so naw.
end topic title with question mark.
I voted no. I play online with the 360 and can't stand when people are talking childish or running their mouth to much. I have to turn everything off to play online Halo with my son. So when I went to play Mario Strikers with him, it was refreshing to just play the game. I am buying him his own Wii for Christmas and won't have to worry about some punk cussing at him, or making derogatory comments. I think the Wii is more family based, and leaving the option out helps FAMILYS play more games together, plus lets kids play online without worry.

I play Metroid Prime 3 and so does my son. When he goes to bed I play Resident Evil 4. I also plan on getting Manhunt 2. The Wii is the best of both worlds, I think there is a purpose for not having a mic. Game systems don't need to just make games for hardcore gamers. The Wii is trying to bring more people into the gaming market which means a bigger indusrty for games, more unique games, and it benefits everyone. There would be no point in having 3 different systems if they all performed, controlled, and looked the same.

Kids shouldn't be subjected to a lot of the things that are said online. No voice chat for kids is a good idea. But then again, that's what Friend Codes are for. I'm a supporter of Friend Codes, it's just safer for younger gamers. Especially with games that are drawn in by young and older gamers. Parents should feel safe to let their kids play games like Mario Strikers and Super Smash Bros. Brawl. But then you have games like Medal of Honor Heroes 2 which has ditched the FC system, a game I personally believe shouldn't be played by younger gamers. All three of these games are and will be played by older gamers but yet there's no way for us to enjoy voice chat in-game. Personally, I like being able to hear and talk to other players. Nintendo not releasing a headset for the older and more mature gamers just isn't right. I appreciate Nintendo's concern with safety, but when I want to play a friend online I like to trash talk them, it's half the fun. Playing Super Smash Bros. with a friend online with no voice chat just isn't the same as compared to being in the same room. Then you have games like BWii2, which I honestly can't see working online without voice-chat.I want a headset. I'm missing half of the online experience without one. I don't care if it's only for ''Friends'', I want one.
This could be part of a strategy to sell more games.
yeah wii should have it, it would have been perfect for brawl.... but they didn't make one but I'm hoping they do I mean ds has one so why not wii.... I'm just hoping nintendo gets serious with online play.
actually brawl will use a msg system (see official site)
