Buying a used wii. Wondering about regi ...

A friend of mine decided to sell his wii plus accessories (another wiimote, wiisports, battery charger, and i can't remember what else....). He needs money to pay bills and thinks $210 is a reasonable price (Yes i know thats a crazy low price, but he didn't care). He's only had it since the beginning of summer and it's not broken/ damaged in any way. So I immediately took the offer.

The thing is I've been reading about not beeing able to RE-register once a wii has been registered. I'm not sure if he has registered or not, but i was wondering if this will become a problem later on.

So I was wondering what the setbacks are if I won't be able to re-register, if any. Will it affect gameplay (probably not), internet access, online play, etc. The price is incredible and shouldn't be passed up, so i was wondering what other gamers think.Buying a used wii. Wondering about regi ...
It's easyHe/She does a complete system format (it's in the manual) then you call up Nintendo and explain what happened and that it's now owned by you. Then you'll go to this site HERE and register it to yourself. Then from that point on everything you do with that console is under your name.Peice of cake.Buying a used wii. Wondering about regi ...

I'm posting in this, so I can find the thread easily, for future use. Thanks for maybe have helped my future self too. :P
