NFL 2007 or 2008? Also - cheap place to ...

Hi - I just got the Wii for my BF ... I thought it would be a nice 30th Bday gift. HE is a big football fan, and I bought the NFL 2007 game on sale, and this site gives it a better rating... but I can't help but think that the 2008 one is better? Thoughts? Also, where can I get controllers for pretty cheap? Any help is much appreciated. THX!
