Is MySims really that bad?-not a recomme ...

For a sims game, or any game in general, a rating in the 6's is weak.... Before its release dates it was one of my few anticipated game, it looked like a unique, nice idea that could further evolve the wii aswell as introduce the sims game to the wii... I though it looked great and i was really looking forward to it... So my only question is, is it really that bad that gamespot would rate it in the 6's, or is it just one of their harsh ratings? By the way, please dont lock this up because this isnt a recommendation, its a question.... Thnx in advance... Please answer soon b/c i might get it tomorrow based on other player opinions...
