Help in Metroid Prime 3: Corruption

I have %99 in the game. I have all of the energy tanks, energy cells, and I can hold 255 missiles (that's all of the missile expansions, right?). Am I missing a ship missile? If I found everything, would I have gotten the message saying so? Thanks.Help in Metroid Prime 3: Corruption
You would get a message. You must be missing a ship missle. Assuming you have the satelites and have gotten all the dots on the maps, you should: A: check Ice Bryyo, since it doesn't show up on the map, and B: check the Valhalla. I bet it's in Ice Bryyo. That gave me a lot of trouble, and I actually forgot about that area.

did you destroy the third seed? i read in another topic that it counts as a pickup. ice bryyo is awesome. my last expansion was the energy tank.
