So...anyone impressed by the Zapper?

Personally I think it's gonna be awesome being able to play Ghost Squad at home, but it's fun to socialize with people at the arcade and have fun, and I'm looking forward to MOH:H, you might notice I'm an fps fan, what do you guys think?So...anyone impressed by the Zapper?
It'll be cool.So...anyone impressed by the Zapper?
Well it's a piece of plastic. XD Could be cool though.
I'm not very impressed. I just don't see the need for it.
I'm not impressed either. It's not anything new, or at least the idea isn't. Then again, I'm not a fan of FPS.
I think Nintendo made a good move by bundling it with a game, thats the best way to sell a product that really isn't required. The price is also nice too. So far I think its a cool concept, but we'll see once Resident Evil UC comes out.
It'll give developers more of an excuse to make more shooting games for the wii, you know, just like how the wiimote made developers spam minigame collections... But I'd rather have ''Time Crisis 17 1/2'' on the Wii than ''Wii Pizza Parlor Games''

I think developers already know the potential of the wiimote for shooters without there having to be a gun shaped piece of plastic to attach to it.

Could this maybe spoil the Zelda franchis in the least? Anyhow, i totally agree with what you're saying.

I do feel that it could add a level of comfort for on-rail games. My girlfriend might like it as well, seeing as how it makes it a little more arcadish. Casuals eat that stuff up.
cant wait to play MoH H2 and ghost squad with the zapper. itll be old school.is it necesarry? not completly.does it hurt to put it out? no. itll be great with links cross bow training

It really could be great for arcade shooters. If you don't see that than your blind or a hardcore that hates casuals. I for one see the value of something that brings the hardcore and the casual together.........I have a non-gamer girlfriend.

Good for ''casuals'' just not a needed item for me.
Last I checked the wii zapper was nothing but a piece of plastic. It doesnt do anything but hold the 2 parts of the controller together. I can't say I'm excited about the thing at all.
i might get it, it depends what games come out with it for the wii though
The thing i like about the zapper is the trigger that makes it feel more gun-like and therefore shooting feels more satisfying. But Nintendo couldnt even get a simple thing like that right and put it in an awkward position.......

I dont get why they had to shape it like that. I would much prefer a pistol Zapper so my left hand can be free to control movements and toss grenades and stuff. Controlling movements on an analog on a rifle.....doesnt really makes sense. Tying the nunchuk together just limits its capabilities
Impressed is too a strong feeling for the zapper to be honest. I will just say it looks fun.
